About the Role

Are you looking to make an immediate impact at a well-funded, fast-growing startup? Chute is looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative to help us extend our lead in the market over the next few years. 

The Business Development role will focus on reaching out to new potential clients and gaining enough of their interest to continue working with our senior sales team.  You’ll be well rewarded for your efforts and there is potential to grow quickly within the organization (the expectation is to promote you to Account Executive).

Here is what the job entails:

  • Owning your own set of leads (100+ calls a day)
  • Setting other team members up to conduct demos
  • Working within Salesforce.com to collect data on every activity with our clients
  • Competing within a collaborative and fun environment
  • Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and team meetings
  • Training to grow your skillset as quickly as possible

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years experience from an inside sales/lead development role
  • Confidence in yourself and the company’s products and vision
  • Desire to be a leader and move quickly into an expanded role
  • Encompasses the work hard/play hard attitude
  • Is a hustler and self-motivated, taking aggressive goals on as a challenge
  • Loves a challenge and can take several angles to answer any objections
